The ground on ul. Startowa in Bielsko-Biała holds 2,000, which is a modest figure for a side that spent the 2025/26 season chasing the title. It is part of a wider complex, Centrum Sportu Rekord, built around a club whose money and reputation came from indoor football rather than the eleven-a-side game.

That distinction matters more than it looks. BTS Rekord dates from 1994 and added men's outdoor football in 1999; the women's side was reactivated in 2009, and it arrived in the Ekstraliga Women without any of the inherited silverware that usually explains how a club gets there. It has been in the top division since at least 2023/24. The 2025/26 campaign ended with second place behind Czarni Sosnowiec .

The squad's shape explains part of that. Rekord have leaned on players young enough to be called up by Poland at under-17 level — Natalia Skrok and Iga Witkowska among them.
