Spartak Moskva

The Superliga title arrived in 2025, and the Russian Super Cup followed in 2026 with a 1–0 win over CSKA.

The affiliation was announced on 24 January 2022, a junior side played in the First League through 2023, and the full club was launched on 14 October 2023 to enter the Superliga. That is the founding date the current structure carries, though it is not the first attempt: a Spartak women's team ran from 1989 to 1993, was revived in 2001 by absorbing Diana, and disbanded in 2007. Between them those earlier sides reached three Russian Cup finals — 1992, 2005, 2006 — and lost all three.

Home is the Cherenkov Academy Stadium in Sokolniki, an artificial pitch holding 3,077. Some fixtures move to the Lukoil Arena, where the men play, which means the same season can take the squad from a ground the size of a large school hall to one of 45,360 seats. The shirts stay red, the shorts white; the 2024 home kit came with a floral pattern.

Vadim Kozlov, previously at Strogino in the First League, took charge in October 2023 and has been the only head coach of this version of the club. Tijana Filipović produced the loudest single afternoon of the young era, scoring four against Dinamo in 2024.

The longest service belongs to someone from the older Spartak. Svetlana Petko played for the club from 1990 to 2005 — through the first disbanding and the first revival — and won 144 caps for the Soviet Union and Russia along the way.
