White Eagles plays its home matches at the Serbian Sports Centre.

The best of those campaigns came in 1995, when Springvale won Victorian State League Division 4 (South-East), and again in 2013, when the club topped State League 2 South-East. Its highest finish in the Victorian Premier League was sixth, in 1997. Twice the club reached a cup final and came away empty-handed both times: the 1995 Dockerty Cup, lost on penalties to Hume City, and the 2002 State League Cup, lost to Westvale.

Zlatko Mihajlović wore Springvale colours when he picked up the Bill Fleming Medal as the league's best player in 1999. Vince Grella came through the club before going on to 46 caps for Australia and a career in Serie A and the Premier League.
