Victoria Bardar

Ghenadie Orbu joined Victoria Bardar from Dacia Chișinău and by 2016/17 was captaining the side. He scored 22 league goals that season and finished as the Moldovan "A" Division's top scorer with 19.

The licence for that promotion did not come through in time. It was issued on 29 March 2018, after the new Super Liga season had already kicked off, and Victoria stayed in the second tier instead. A Moldovan Cup run in 2013/14 ended at the quarter-final stage, a 2-5 defeat to Milsami Orhei; another quarter-final exit followed in 2022, this time against Zimbru Chișinău.

Victoria was founded on 23 September 1995 in Bardar, a village in the Ialoveni district. From 2012 its home matches moved away from the village to the Joma Arena, also known as Stadionul Buiucani, in Chișinău, a ground given as holding 2,000. The switch led to the club being filed under Chișinău in some databases for years, despite never formally changing its name, and to frequent confusion with the separate FC Victoria Chișinău.

In 2026 the club left the capital again, relocated to Ialoveni and took the name FC Victoria Ialoveni — back in the district it was founded in three decades earlier.
