Mladost Lučani secured a surprising 3-1 victory over Partizan in the Super Liga's sixth round on Saturday evening. The result shifted expectations for both sides, with the home side moving further clear of the relegation zone while Partizan's struggles continued. By then it was already clear that possession alone would not be enough for the visitors.
Mladost took the lead in the twelfth minute through Vasil Tašovski, who finished a well-worked move. Partizan responded with pressure but could not find an equaliser before the break. Mihailo Todosijević doubled the advantage just before half-time with a thirty-sixth-minute strike. The visitors received a yellow card from Samson Nwulu in the eleventh minute but this did not settle their nerves.

The result extends Mladost's unbeaten run and deepens Partizan's difficulties. To be fair the visitors had nothing to do all evening once the second goal fell, and the stadium fell silent as the home side held every card.
