Gabriel Rojas

Gabriel Rojas came through San Lorenzo's youth academy, joining as a boy before making his senior debut in November 2016 and going on to make around 70 appearances for the Buenos Aires club over six years. A loan spell took him to Uruguay's Peñarol for a season, before he moved on a free transfer to Mexico's Querétaro once his San Lorenzo contract expired.

Racing Club signed him in February 2023 for a fee of around $2.5 million, and the left-back quickly established himself as a starter in the number 27 shirt. He was part of the Racing side that won the Copa Sudamericana in 2024, beating Cruzeiro 3-1 in the final, and followed it up by lifting the Recopa Sudamericana in 2025 after a 4-0 aggregate win over Botafogo. Those two continental titles marked his achievements before he moved to Brazil's Cruzeiro in July 2026 for a fee of roughly €5.3 million — the same club he had beaten in that Copa Sudamericana final two years earlier.

Rojas earned his first senior international recognition in March 2026, coming on as a substitute in the 69th minute of a friendly against Mauritania to win his first cap for Argentina.
