Klub Sportowy Rugby Białystok became official on 19 September 2014.
Białystok's own colours are white and burgundy.
Łukasz Bardłowski founded the club and coached it in its early years; he died in 2026.
Promotion came in the 2023/2024 season, when Białystok won the I Liga and moved up into the Ekstraliga, Polish rugby's top flight, for 2024/2025. Staying there has not been straightforward: in 2025/2026 the club had to fight through a relegation playoff against AZS AWF Warszawa to hold its place.
What the club has not done yet is win the Ekstraliga itself, or the Puchar Polski.
