Randers VK

The complex at Fyensgade 1 in Randers went by the name Randershallen before it became Arena Randers. Its largest hall, Arena 1, opened in 2020 and holds 4,200 for sports events. Next to it, Arena 2 seats 2,500. Randers VK use Arena 1 for their volleyball matches, so a club in the second tier of Danish volleyball plays in a hall built for crowds of a different order.

That second tier is the 1. Division West, and it is where the club competes each season. It also enters the Landspokal Cup, the national cup. The full name is Randers Volleyballklub. In results and conversation it is almost always shortened to RVK, and no other nickname is attached to it.

The club's colours are green and black, a green jersey with black shorts. The Danish Volleyball Federation's results pages list them that way.

The hall is multi-purpose, so volleyball shares the building with other sports. Several halls under one roof mean that fixtures on different courts can run on the same evening.

The hall is in the postcode 8900, in the middle of town.
