Vandoeuvre Women

In 2009-10 the women's team adopted pink alongside black. The pink stands for the Lorraine thistle on Nancy's coat of arms. The team is known as The Panthers.

The club began on 13 May 1960 as US Vandœuvre Volley Ball. It changed names twice, after a merger in 2000 and a split in 2004, and settled on Vandœuvre Nancy Volley Ball. Its first silverware came from the youth side: the Coupe de France at cadet level in 2001, junior in 2002 and espoir in 2003. In 2008 it opened a training centre with three players, and expanded it in 2018.

The senior team won the second-division title in 2015, which brought promotion back to Ligue A. It has played in the top flight since 2015-16. Europe followed in 2020, when it qualified for the Challenge Cup for the first time. In 2025-26 it played in the CEV Cup, got past Sporting CP and then met the Italian champions Chieri'76.

On 29 December 2024 the match against Marcq-en-Barœul moved to the Palais des Sports Jean-Weille. 5,698 people came, a French volleyball attendance record. That was the same year the team finished fourth in Ligue A, its best placing, and in 2025 it reached the semi-finals. The regional derby, the Derby lorrain, is against Terville-Florange.

On 10 February 2026 the club played its first senior Coupe de France final.
