The Complexe Sportif Mangin-Beaulieu is a multi-purpose hall on the Île de Nantes, at 10 rue Louis Joxe. It opened in 1989 and seats 2,500.

The fifth, Volley-Ball Nantes, lasted from 2013 to 2022. That year the club became Neptunes de Nantes Volley-ball , took the nickname Les Neptunes and adopted pink, navy blue and white.

For most of its modern history the club reached finals and lost them. It was runner-up in the Coupe de France in 2014, 2016 and 2019, and runner-up in the league championship in 2014 and 2019.

The run ended in 2024. In the Coupe de France final at the Halle Carpentier in Paris, Nantes beat Mulhouse 3-0. It was the first trophy in the club's history. The Supercoupe de France followed in the same year.

The season still ended on a loss. Nantes reached the final of the CEV Challenge Cup, the European Volleyball Confederation's third-tier competition, and lost both legs to AGIL Novara of Italy, 0-3 and 1-3. It also finished second in the French league. It finished second in the league again in 2025 and lost that year's Coupe de France final too.

The first trophy came 56 years after the club was founded.
