Parma Perm

Games in Perm are played inside the Victor Lebedev Sports Palace, seating 7,000. Parma moved in during 2016, when promotion to the VTB United League brought arena requirements the club's previous home, the Sukhanov Sports Complex, could not meet.

The club was formed by former players and staff of Ural-Great, the Perm side that had shut down in 2009, and it carries itself as that team's continuation rather than a fresh start. Vyacheslav Shushakov, who had captained Ural-Great and later coached Parma, was central to putting the new club together in 2012. Parma worked its way up from the third-tier Higher League, through the Superleague, before reaching the top flight in 2016, beating Zenit Saint Petersburg 97:65. A second Cup followed in 2018/19, a 73:67 win over Nizhny Novgorod. The deepest continental run came in 2020/21, when Parma reached the Final Four of the FIBA Europe Cup and finished fourth.

Sponsorship has rewritten the club's name more than once — Parma-Parimatch, Parma-Paribet, Parma-PARI among the versions — and it currently plays as BC BetCity-Parma, though "Parma" has stayed the name people use. Stanislav Ilnitskiy has worn the captain's armband since joining in 2023; academy product Ivan Ukhov was named the VTB United League's Young Player of the Year in 2017.

Meetings with Nizhny Novgorod carry enough weight to be called the Volga Derby, while preseason ties to Avtodor Saratov and Samara run through the Ural-Great Cup.
