EJ Sligo All-Stars open this season in the Irish Super League, the Domino's Men's Super League, with two recent cup runs behind them. They reached the semi-finals of the Pat Duffy National Cup in 2022/2023 and got there again in 2025.

The club was founded in 1965. By the early 1970s it dominated Connacht. In 1971, six years after the start, it set up the GWI Invitational Tournament.

Home is the Mercy College Gymnasium in Sligo city. It was completed in 1987, 22 years after the club began.
