About the player
Dominik Pech came through Prague's youth system: after starting out at Admira Praha and joining Slavia, he spent two years in Sparta Praha's academy before returning to Slavia. He worked his way up through Slavia's ranks to the reserve side, Slavia Prague B, making 37 appearances and scoring four goals there, before being promoted to the senior squad in 2023. In the first team he added 14 league appearances and a goal, and was part of the squad that won the Czech First League in the 2024–25 season.
In July 2025, Pech joined BSC Young Boys on a season-long loan with an option to buy, a move that was made permanent in July 2026 for a transfer fee of €3.0 million.
At international level, Pech has moved steadily up the Czech youth ranks: 11 caps and a goal for the U17s, five for the U18s, eight caps and three goals for the U19s — including qualifying matches for the 2025 UEFA European Under-19 Championship — two for the U20s, and appearances for the U21 side since 2025.
