About the player
Stefan Bukinac is a product of the FK Vojvodina academy, where he signed his first professional contract in October 2022 and made his senior debut in July 2023. Deployed as a left-back, he went on to play for Vojvodina in the Serbian SuperLiga through three seasons without collecting a major domestic title.
In February 2026 Bukinac moved to BSC Young Boys in the Swiss Super League. Serbian media reported the transfer fee at around €2.2 million, with an additional clause worth 10% of any future sale, though some outlets put the figure closer to €2.5 million.
Bukinac has been a regular fixture in the Serbian youth setup, representing the country at under-17, under-18, under-19 and under-21 level.
