Tomáš Ladra

Tomáš Ladra came through the academy at Mladá Boleslav and made his senior debut there in the 2015–16 season, then had two spells away: a year-long loan at Pardubice, where he scored six goals in 42 appearances, and a half-season at Jablonec, where he added two goals in 13 games. He returned to Mladá Boleslav in January 2021 and went on to make 223 league appearances and score 32 goals for the club. In the 2024–25 season he was described as Mladá Boleslav's most productive player.

A transfer to Viktoria Plzeň followed in June 2025, a move worth around €800,000 on a three-year deal. Plzeň finished third in the Czech First League in his first season at the club.

Ladra has also been capped by the Czech Republic at senior level, earning two appearances and scoring once, against Kosovo in a friendly. He worked his way up through the Czech youth setup, representing the under-18, under-19, under-20 and under-21 sides before that senior call-up. His only team honours to date came with Mladá Boleslav's junior sides, winning the Tipsport Liga twice and the Tipsport Malta Cup once.
