The idea came from the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan and the Uzbekistan Football Association, who set it up in 2023 as a feeder side attached to FC Olimpik, itself only founded in 2021. The team took the field that first season as Olimpik-Farm.

What it inherited from Olimpik is a modest ledger: third place in the Uzbek Pro League in 2021 and a run to the play-offs for a Superleague place. No trophies attach to either name. In 2025 Olimpik folded under financial strain, and a newly formed club, Respublika FA, took over its place in the pyramid — it is this side that now plays under the Olimpik-Mobiuz brand.
