Elias Manoel Alves de Paula

Elias Manoel began at Grêmio's academy and made his first-team debut on 30 March 2021. He won the Campeonato Gaúcho and the Recopa Gaúcha with the club in both 2021 and 2022, and in the latter year finished as the state championship's top scorer with five goals in eleven appearances.

In August 2022, New York Red Bulls signed him on loan from Grêmio, later making the move permanent. His signature moment in the United States came on 25 October 2023, when he scored the first hat-trick in the club's MLS play-off history, in a 5-2 win over Charlotte FC.

Real Salt Lake acquired him in December 2024 in exchange for $550,000 in General Allocation Money and a draft pick. His stay there was brief: in February 2025, Botafogo brought him back to Brazil for a fee of around $1 million.

In July 2025, Botafogo loaned him to Portugal's Santa Clara, with the deal including a purchase option whose terms have not been disclosed. He has yet to be called up by the Brazilian national team.
