Haman

On 15 March 2026, Haman went a goal down at home to Gijang Citizen FC and had to win the match from behind. Yang Yu-min levelled it in the 15th minute of the second half. Ha Jae-hyun then scored a penalty in the 44th, and the 2–1 result gave the club its first victory in its first season.

The team is a county side in the most literal sense. Its formal name, Haman County People's Football Team, points to who stands behind it. The owner is the Haman-gun Football Association, and the county mayor, Cho Geun-je, holds the ownership post. The club was set up to promote local sport and youth development in the county, in South Gyeongsang Province.

The paperwork moved quickly. The Korea Football Association (KFA) gave conditional approval in November 2025 for entry to the K4 League, the fourth tier. The establishment ceremony followed on 9 December at the Haman Culture and Arts Center, with more than 200 guests, local officials among them. The first competitive season began in 2026. Oh Hye-seong is head coach and Jeon Chang-ok general manager.

The ground is Haman Public Stadium, which holds 10,000. That is a large space for a club that had never played a league match before this year. Goalkeeper Kwon Jae-hyun and Kim Do-kyung are among the players from the first squad.

The club has no rival yet. Its history is too short for a derby to have formed, and the first opponent to lose in Haman was Gijang.
