Pyeongchang United

Jinbu Sports Park Football Stadium holds 300 people and suits a club owned by the county itself. Pyeongchang United is a citizens' team of Pyeongchang County in Gangwon Province. It was registered on 10 November 2020, announced that December, and entered the fourth-tier K4 League for the 2021 season. It has no connection to Pyeongchang FC, the separate club founded in 2008.

The best league season came in 2022, when a fourth-place finish in the K4 League earned a promotion playoff for the third tier, the K3 League. Chuncheon Citizen, the nearest thing the club has to a regional rival within Gangwon, won that match. The same year brought a run to the FA Cup third round, where United beat Ansan Greeners 2-1 before losing to Daejeon Korail in extra time.

The 2025 FA Cup went further. In the second round United beat Gyeongnam FC of the second-tier K League 2 3-0. They went out in the round of 16, losing to Incheon United in extra time. That year the club also took Hwang Mun-ki on loan from Gangwon FC of the K League 1, where he was completing his mandatory military service.

Home colours are blue with white trim, and the away kit is white. Most of what the club has done has been done at Jinbu.
