The reserve side plays its home matches at the Estadio Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, a ground that holds 539 people — a fraction of the crowd the senior team draws at the Estadio Olímpico Benito Juárez across town.

No silverware sits in the cabinet. The closest the team has come was an Apertura 2021 run to the quarter-finals, ended there by Santos Laguna U21. More recently, in Clausura 2025/2026, Juárez U21 finished sixth and reached the play-offs before their run ended.

What the shirt has produced is a handful of names who moved up. Antonio Carmona made his first-team debut on 18 April 2026, away to León, one of the clearer markers of what the U21 project is meant to deliver.
