Amicitia Zürich Women

The section itself is older than the merger: the girls' department traces back to 1986, long before the two Zürich names came together under one crest.

The club plays in blue and white and answers, in daily use, to GCA. Both titles had been won once before, under the ZMC Amicitia banner, in 2003/04 and 2004/05 respectively — meaning the club needed more than two decades to repeat what its predecessor had already done once.

Chantal Wick's career traces that same arc in miniature. She came through the club's own academy, went abroad to BSV Sachsen Zwickau and Ajax København, then returned to GCA in 2023 as a player-coach and retired in 2025 with 63 caps for Switzerland.

In Europe, GCA has yet to get past the qualifying rounds of the EHF European League, falling in three straight campaigns to Górnik Zabrze and TM Benidorm, then to Brühl itself, then to Lokomotiva Zagreb.
