«Gromovi»
The King Tomislav Sports Hall in Našice seats 2,500 — Nexe have not missed a season in continental competition since their debut in 2008–09.
The club traces back to 1959, when it started out as RK Partizan; the name shifted more than once over the following decades, through NASK and Kobra Jeans to plain RK Našice, before a sponsorship deal with the Nexe Group gave it the identity it carries now, in 2006.
From 2009 the club finished runner-up in the Croatian Premier League thirteen times, with only a third place in 2008 breaking the sequence. The cup has followed a similar script — four final-four appearances, no trophy to show for them.
Europe has been kinder to the club Gromovi , as its own supporters call it. Nexe reached the semi-finals of the EHF European League in 2022 and the quarter-finals in both 2018 and 2023.
The academy has produced its own case study in Marin Šipić, who came through the Našice youth system and played for the first team between 2017 and 2019 before his career took him elsewhere, while Pavle Jurina left Našice with an Olympic gold medal to his name.
