Monigo sits on the edge of Treviso, its two covered stands — the west holding 2,700, the east 2,300 — facing each other across a pitch that has stayed the club's home through every name it has carried. It started in 1932 as GUF Treviso, a side drawn from local university students, and only after the war did it become AS Rugby Treviso. The clothing company's arrival in 1978 gave the club the identity it plays under now.

That run reads as fifteen Italian championships, taken under different sponsors' names across six decades, from a title as Faema Treviso in 1956 to the last of the run in 2010. Coppa Italia and Supercoppa wins clustered in the same stretch. The 2021 Rainbow Cup, won after the club had spent a decade in the Celtic League and its successor competitions, is the only major trophy since.

Sergio Parisse never played his rugby at Monigo as a boy from Treviso, but it is his name the club's honours are most often measured against.
