Sportovní hala Slavia sits in the Orlická kotlina district of Hradec Králové, one of the larger volleyball venues in the country and the only ground the club has ever needed.

The senior team's only Extraliga season came in 1993–1994, and since then the "Slávistky" have settled into the 1. liga, the second tier, where they finished third in 2023–2024 and fourth the following season, going out in the playoff semi-finals.

What the senior side has not managed at the top level, the youth teams have delivered repeatedly: the Cadets won the Czech Cup in 2014, 2015, 2016 and again in 2018 and 2019. Even at the other end of the age scale, the superveteran team, players over 50, has taken the national title more than once.

Regional matches against Dukla Liberec and TJ Lokomotiva Trutnov carry the sharpest edge on the calendar.
