KSG Warszawa Women

Maciej Ignatowski built KSG Warszawa around a gap on the map of Warsaw volleyball: Wisła Warszawa had folded, the old Legionovia was fading, and the capital was left without a women's side worth watching. His Kaman Sport Group founded the club in 2022 and, that June, signed a cooperation agreement with the youth academy UKS Atena Warszawa — access to its facilities, its coaching structure and the players it was already producing.

The climb since has been fast. KSG won the fourth-tier 3. Liga in its debut season, then went through the entire 2023/2024 regular campaign in the 2. Liga unbeaten in all 18 matches to force promotion, with outside hitter Aleksandra Jedut named MVP of the tournament that sealed it. A bronze medal followed in the 1. Liga Kobiet in 2024/2025, and in 2025/2026 the club went one better, finishing runners-up to Netland MKS Kalisz.

In the Puchar Polski, KSG has twice reached the last sixteen, falling first to eventual champions BKS BOSTIK ZGO Bielsko-Biała and later to TOOLS Stal Mielec. Domestically, the sharpest edge is reserved for Legionovia Legionowo, a fixture with no official name but plenty of needle behind it.

Home games are played at Hala Sportowa OSiR Mokotów on Niegocińska Street, a 350-seat hall that keeps the crowd close to the court and the noise, when it comes, hard to ignore.
