In spring 2021 the team from Pezinok played under a longer name than it uses now: STRABAG VC Bilíkova Pezinok. Under that name it reached the final of the Slovak Extraliga and lost it 0:3 to VK Slávia EU Bratislava. The runners-up place came eight years after the club was founded in 2013.

The Extraliga has been its league every season since. Recent finishes have ranged from 8th to 10th. The junior teams have done better within their own level, winning honours in regional championships.

Match reports and club announcements call the team Čierne labute, the Black Swans. The club's fanshop sells black and white merchandise.

Home games are played at the VTC Sports Hall (Športová hala VTC), Komenského 30 in Pezinok.
