UKF Nitra play in the Slovak Women's Extraliga. They finished second in 2021/22 and again in 2023/24. Between those two seasons, in 2021/22, they beat VK Slávia EU Bratislava 3:0 in the Slovak Cup superfinal.

The team represents Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, and its legal entity is registered as ZŠK UKF Nitra. The earliest trace of it is a bronze medal in 2005. By the 2005/06 season a full roster was on record under the name Volley Project UKF Nitra. The results that followed were steady rather than spectacular: fifth place in 2008/09, fifth again in 2009/10, and a second bronze in 2018.

The move up came at the start of the 2020s. In 2020/21 the club entered the Challenge Cup of the European volleyball confederation (CEV) and reached the quarter-finals.

Športová hala Olympia , at Chrenovská 16, is their home. It seats 300.
