In the 2022-23 playoffs, Kortrijk Spurs Women beat BC Namur Capitale, who had finished as league leaders. Namur are one of the sides Kortrijk meet each season in the Top Division Women, alongside Castors Braine and Mechelen.

The same season took the team into European qualifying. In the EuroCup Women qualification they lost to Dinamo Sassari. Philip Mestdagh, who had coached the Belgian national team, was head coach, and Sarah De Clerck captained the side.

The women's team has not yet won the league title or the Belgian Cup since the present club took shape in 2019. It came from a merger: KBasketteam Kortrijk and BC Kortrijk Sport joined forces, with Deerlijk alongside them. The women play at Sportcampus Lange Munte, which holds 2,400, in red, black and white. Behind them stand 62 teams, which makes the club the largest in Belgium.

KBasketteam Kortrijk was itself the product of a 2014 merger involving Olbak and BTK.
