Braine Women

Castors Braine won the Belgian league seven years running, from 2014 to 2020.

The cup ran alongside. Braine won the Belgian Cup in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2025. Only 2016 and 2018 brought a league title without the cup.

The women's section is the younger part of the club. The club as a whole dates from 1939, but the women's team was registered only in 2005, under matricule 130.

The best European result came in 2015. Braine reached the EuroCup Women final, the first Belgian team to do so. Kim Mestdagh was named MVP that year. She played alongside Julie Allemand and Kyara Linskens, who both arrived in 2014. Allemand stayed until 2017 and Linskens left after 2016. Ann Wauters, one of the best-known names in Belgian women's basketball, played for the club in 2018–2019.

Kangoeroes Mechelen and Basket Namur Capitale are the rivals now. Wavre Sainte-Catherine was one historically. Games against Spirou Basket from Charleroi are sometimes called a regional derby. The team plays in yellow and blue at the Salle André Renauld, part of the Complexe Sportif Gaston Reiff in Braine-l'Alleud, where the fans fill a hall of 2,000.
