The Gimnasio Municipal Mario Marchant Binder holds 2,000 people, and it is where Puerto Montt Básquetbol has played every home game since taking the court. The club arrived there in 2025 to fill a gap left by Club Escuela de Básquetbol Puerto Montt, which had stepped back from the top division.

Under head coach Martín Jaimez, the team went 16-2 through the regular season, then beat Boston College 3-1 in the final to take the Liga DOS title in its first year of existence. Fabián "Tato" Martínez was named MVP of the finals, while Leyder Moreno was singled out as the best player of the deciding Game 4. The championship carries promotion: Puerto Montt moves up to the Liga Chery, the national top flight, for the 2026 season.
