Trešnjevka Dinamo has been the measure of things for Zadar Plus lately: beating that side in the final gave the club its Ladies Cup title in Mostar in 2025, in a tournament run by Zrinjski 2010.

The team was formed in 2021, and finished runner-up in the LWB Senior division in 2024/25. Partway through the 2024-25 WABA League campaign, the club withdrew for financial reasons, and every result it had posted that season was struck from the record.

What has held up is the pipeline underneath the first team. Lea Vukić played her way through the club's youth ranks and into Croatia's under-19 side before leaving for Yale. On the senior roster, Zadar Plus has leaned on imported scoring — Americans Brooke Flowers and Ashley Austin among them — alongside Bosnian guard Sara Herceg, named most valuable player in the LWB League finals.

Supporters know the team as Plusice. Home games are played in front of them at Hall 3 of the Višnjik Sports Centre, a venue that seats around 250.
