Maxime Dupé

He signed his first professional contract there in 2012 and had to wait until February 2014 for his Ligue 1 debut, a goalless draw away at OGC Nice. A loan spell at Clermont Foot in 2019–20 gave him a regular run of games in Ligue 2, where he kept eight clean sheets in 27 appearances.

The move that shaped his career came in June 2020, when Toulouse paid €500,000 to sign him from Nantes. He recorded 43 clean sheets in 116 matches across all competitions, and was named Ligue 2's best goalkeeper for the mid-season stretch of 2021–22. That campaign ended with the Ligue 2 title, and the following season he added the Coupe de France with Toulouse.

His contract expiry took him to Anderlecht on a free transfer in July 2023, but he made only seven appearances before leaving for Nice in January 2024. He made 19 appearances across all competitions, and was part of the Nice squad that reached the 2025–26 Coupe de France final, finishing as runners-up. In June 2026 he returned to FC Nantes on a free transfer, signing a two-year contract. Internationally, he was an unused squad member when France won the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
