Women's Cricket World Cup QLF Warm-up Matches 2021/22

ICC Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2021 warm-up sessions served as preparatory fixtures for a major international tournament. These matches featured six national teams: Bangladesh Women, Netherlands Women, Sri Lanka Women, Thailand Women, United States of America Women and West Indies Women. The sessions took place in Harare ahead of the main competition.

The qualifying event was scheduled for late 2021, running between 21 November and 5 December. It originally intended to determine qualification for the 2022 World Cup. The format planned two groups of four teams, followed by a Super Six stage. Only the initial group phase matches were completed before the entire tournament was abandoned. The cancellation occurred on 27 November 2021 following the emergence of the Omicron variant and subsequent travel restrictions in Zimbabwe.

Fifteen group stage matches were played in total. The warm-up games themselves were non-counting fixtures designed to help teams prepare. One such encounter featured West Indies Women against Thailand Women, while another saw Bangladesh Women face Sri Lanka Women. No winner was declared for the main qualifier, and no team secured automatic qualification through this specific pathway. The International Cricket Council adjusted qualification routes in the aftermath.

The participating side list included Bangladesh, Ireland, Netherlands, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, USA, West Indies and Zimbabwe for the full qualifier. However, the specific warm-up programme highlighted the six teams mentioned above. This event differed from earlier qualifiers. The 2011 edition took place in Dhaka and included teams like Japan and South Africa, which were absent in 2021. The 2025 qualifier scheduled for Pakistan features a different set of six teams, excluding the Netherlands and Sri Lanka. The 2021 warm-ups remain a distinct part of the pre-tournament activities for that year.
