It was not until the eighty-fourth minute that the deadlock was broken, when A. Muzaci found the net for the home side. By then, both teams had been working in circles, and the breakthrough arrived from sustained pressure rather than a moment of individual brilliance. The goal came after a period of back-and-forth that neither side could quite turn into a clear-cut chance.
And here's the thing about the response — Turku PS did not let the moment pass. J. Latonen converted a penalty in the ninetieth minute, ensuring the away side left with a point they had been fighting for. The timing meant everything, coming as the match was winding down and both sides had already thrown bodies in the way.
To be fair, the statistics tell a story of two sides cancelling each other out.
