Futura Volley Giovani spend this season in Serie A2, and the Tigers arrive with a squad still leaning on the academy work built up since 2023.

The club exists because of a split rather than a slow build: Franco Forte and his family walked away from running UYBA Volley, the Busto Arsizio institution then known as Yamamay, in 2016, and set up Futura Volley Giovani the following year. The name nods to that youth focus from the start, and the honours board carries none of the silverware UYBA collected in its own history — no Italian title, no Coppa Italia, no European run. Whatever the Tigers build now, they build from scratch.

Home matches go on at the PalaBorsani, across the boundary in Castellanza rather than in Busto Arsizio itself, in front of a maximum 1,650 seats. Biancorossi is the shorthand for the colours, white and red, and Le Tigri for the club as a whole.
