The club plays out of Montichiari rather than the city itself, at PalaGeorge, a hall it moved into for the 2017-2018 season and that holds 4,300 for the Lionesses.

Promotion to Serie A1 arrived in 2018-2019, but Brescia went back down in 2021. That work paid off in the 2021-2022 Coppa Italia A2, where Brescia beat Omag Marignano 3-1 in the final. A return to Serie A1 is set for 2026-2027.

The club has changed its name almost as often as its sponsors have changed, playing as Millenium Brescia, then Savallese Millenium Brescia, then Banca Valsabbina Millenium Brescia, and now Valsabbina Millenium Brescia, without ever losing the white and blue colours or the Lionesses nickname underneath.
