Csata TKK Women

The top-division adventure of Vasas-Csata ended in 2011 with the partnership collapsing over organisational conflicts. The joint team had played in the NB I/A, Hungary's top women's league, since 2006. For the next six years Csata had no senior side at all.

Sándor Tursics and his wife Krisztina Tursicsné Iván founded it in 1995 to coach children, and it did nothing else for years. The senior team came back in 2017 through a partnership with the National University of Public Services, first as NKE-Csata and later as Ludovika-FCSM Csata. It won the second division, the NB I/B, in its first season and went up for 2018–19. In 2021 it reached the main draw of the EuroCup Women, an achievement for a Budapest club.

The 2025–26 season brought another new name, Csata TKK , short for Csata Kosárlabda Közösség. The club now works with Tursics Kosárlabda Kft., and the head coach is Krisztián Tursics, the founder's son. The team finished sixth in the regular season and reached the quarter-finals of the play-offs. Sopron Basket beat it there, and the same opponent knocked it out of the Hungarian Cup in the semi-finals.

The club has no senior league or cup title. Its trophies come from the age groups.
