Pavelló Municipal Pla de l'Arc can hold 5,050 people, but for basketball it is laid out for about 850. It opened in 1988 on Avinguda Pla de l'Arc and was remodelled in 1993. By then the club that uses it had spent two seasons in the Liga ACB, Spain's top division, under the sponsored name Ferrys Llíria.

Basketball reached the town much earlier, in 1945. Pep Jordan was doing his military service in Llíria, having come from Madrid, and he introduced the game there. In 2001 it was reorganised as Club Esportiu Bàsquet Llíria (CEB Llíria). The owl on its badge has yellow basketballs for eyes, drawn in the club's black and yellow.

The top-flight seasons of the early 1990s remain the club's highest point. Trophies came later and closer to home: five Lliga Valenciana titles between 2008 and 2019, and the Primera División Group A title in 2016.

The most recent one is the Liga EBA in 2023–24. Llíria now plays in LEB Plata, also called Segunda FEB, the third tier of Spanish basketball.
