Crixás EC

The club, founded in 2009 in the Goiás town of Crixás, ran youth categories up to under-16 level and entered amateur competitions. That changed in 2025, when Crixás finally put out an adult team and entered the Terceira Divisão Goiana. The unbeaten run was enough on its own: Crixás earned promotion to the Divisão de Acesso for 2026.

Before that breakthrough, the closest the club had come to a title was in 2023, when a Crixás side finished runner-up at the Boi em Pé tournament, part of the Copão Tocantins, played across the state line in Santa Rita do Tocantins.

Home games are meant to be played at the Estádio Beira Rio in Crixás, though the ground's condition has repeatedly forced the club elsewhere — matches have gone ahead instead at the Estádio Olímpico or at the Estádio Aníbal Batista de Toledo in Aparecida de Goiânia.

Up front, Gustavo Vintecinco became one of the leading scorers in the club's short professional history.
