Marumo Gallants U23

The under-23 side plays at the Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein, a 22,000-capacity ground in the Free State. Polokwane, in Limpopo province, is the club's home city, but the reserves play in another province. The senior team is elsewhere again, at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Phokeng, near Rustenburg in North West province.

The reserve team came out of a change of ownership. The club was formed in 2015 in Polokwane as Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, known as TTM. In 2021 Abram Sello bought it for around R40 million and renamed it Marumo Gallants. It made its Premier Soccer League debut that same season. The trophy came first. As TTM, the club won the Nedbank Cup in 2020/21. Under the new name it went back to the final a year later and lost to Mamelodi Sundowns. In 2022–23 it reached the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup.

The under-23 team belongs to that same rebuilt club. It has played in the DStv Diski Challenge, the reserve competition, since 2021/22, the first season after the rebrand. It has not won the title yet, and the cup finals and continental semi-final belong to the senior side.

The nearest rival is Sekhukhune United, the other Limpopo club in the top flight, and the fixture is known as the Limpopo Derby. Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila also appears on the list of rivals, under the name the club itself carried until 2021.
