MCF

MCF sit in the Kenyan National Super League this season, the tier below the top flight they once occupied, and the past year has tested the club's finances as much as its football: the side withdrew from the league in 2025/26 after money ran short, and only returned once the Football Kenya Federation stepped in to keep them in the competition.

The club carries the name of Mully Children's Family, the charity Charles Mulli and his wife Esther founded in 1989 to take in destitute children, and the football side grew out of that work in Machakos, entering the league system in 2016 and gaining formal registration with the federation the following year. It plays in blue and white at Kenyatta Stadium, a 10,000-capacity ground in the town that took on its current form after a 2013 renovation.

No major trophy sits in the club's history yet, and MCF has never run a website separate from the charity's own, mullychildrensfamily.org. Charles Mulli remains the name most associated with the club, not as a manager or a player but as the man whose institution gave it a reason to exist.
