Górnik Zabrze beat Korona 2-0 at the Suzuki Arena on Tuesday evening in the Ekstraklasa Regular Season. The visitors took the lead in the first half and added a second goal late on to complete a clean sheet. Korona had played in four consecutive matches without defeat before this one, but the run stopped here.
Peter Federico González Carmona opened the scoring in the 41st minute, then doubled the advantage in stoppage time. Erik Prekop picked up a yellow card for Górnik in the 53rd minute, while Ariel Mosor and Kamil Jakubczyk were booked for the hosts in the 88th and 89th minutes respectively. There were plenty of changes at both ends, but the result was already decided.
