The **Coupe de France féminine de volley-ball** (French Women's Volleyball Cup) operates as a standalone knockout tournament, distinct from the domestic league pyramid. Founded in 1985 by the Fédération française de volley (FFVolley), the competition offers a separate pathway to glory for clubs across France. Unlike the round-robin structure of the Ligue AF, this cup relies on single-elimination matches that culminate in a "Final Four" weekend held at a neutral venue.

Participation is open to all FFVolley-affiliated clubs, though entry points vary by division. Amateur and lower-division teams must navigate departmental and regional qualifying rounds to reach the national stages. Conversely, top-tier Ligue AF and Proligue teams enter directly into the later stages, typically the Round of 32 or 16. This structure ensures that while the highest-ranked sides have an easier route, the competition remains accessible to grassroots clubs seeking a major trophy.

RC Cannes holds the record for success in the tournament, having secured 20 titles, with their most recent victory coming in 2019. RC France follows as the second-most successful club with 15 titles. The current holder is Volley Mulhouse Alsace (VMA), who claimed their second title by defeating Neptunes de Nantes 3-1 in the final held in Chartres on March 29, 2025. VMA previously won the competition in 2021.

Beyond domestic prestige, the cup serves as a crucial qualifier for European competitions, including the CEV Cup. The tournament has seen 39 editions completed as of the 2024–2025 season, with only the 1988–1989 edition cancelled and the 2019–2020 season delayed due to the pandemic but eventually completed. It remains a significant secondary trophy in French women's volleyball.
