Turkish Cup Women (Turkey) 2026/27

The Turkish Women's Volleyball Cup, currently branded as AXA Sigorta Kupa Voley Kadınlar, is the premier domestic cup competition for women's volleyball in Turkey. Founded in 1994 by the Turkish Volleyball Federation (Türkiye Voleybol Federasyonu, TVF), the tournament holds a unique position within the national hierarchy, sitting below the top-tier Sultanlar Ligi. It serves as a critical knockout pathway for the country's elite clubs, distinct from the Super Cup which is a single-match contest played at the start of the season between the league champion and the cup winner.

The structure of the event ensures parity among participants. Participation is restricted to clubs from the Sultanlar Ligi, with no promotion or relegation mechanisms associated with the cup itself. Recent iterations have featured 14 teams, where early rounds involve single round-robin groupings in centralized locations. The top five teams from the previous league standings receive byes to the Quarter-Finals, while group winners advance to single-match knockout stages. The Semi-Finals and Final are typically played in a centralized Final Four format or at the higher-seeded team's venue, culminating in a decisive title match.

VakıfBank stands as the most successful club in the competition's history with 10 titles. Eczacıbaşı follows with 9 titles, and Fenerbahçe has won the cup 5 times. The 2019–20 edition was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, breaking the continuity of the tournament schedule. While the competition provides a stage for clubs like Aras Kargo W, Aydin B.Sehir Bld. W, Bahcelievler W, Besiktas W, Goztepe W, and Ilbank W, the historical dominance remains concentrated among the Istanbul-based giants. The official website for the federation is tvf.org.tr.
