Los Cabos United

Los Cabos United have no derby of their own. The club is too new for a feud to have formed.

Grupo ISMX, a sports management agency based in Los Angeles, presented the team in Cabo San Lucas on 25 January 2022, and the first competitive match followed on 27 August. Before that, the group had to bring its own ground up to league standard. The Complejo Deportivo Don Koll, which it owns, was rehabilitated in 2022 at a cost of more than 16 million pesos.

Rodrigo "Pony" Ruiz, the Chilean former international, was the first head coach. Jorge Campos, the former Mexico goalkeeper, acts as the club's international ambassador.

The 2023–24 season was the high point. Los Cabos reached the Liga Premier Serie A final and lost the two-legged tie to Tampico Madero 1–4 on aggregate. Edson Alvarado, a former Mexico international, took over as manager in 2024. The 2024–25 season brought financial difficulties, which led to coaching changes and a restructured squad.

The home kit is entirely black. The 2022–23 away shirt, called "La Marea", was turquoise with pink details, a colour scheme that suggests the sea. Home matches at Don Koll draw a crowd of up to 3,500.
