Imoco Volley Conegliano Women

The club itself is barely older than that run. It was formed in March 2012 to take over the top-flight licence after Spes Volley Conegliano, the town's previous club, went bankrupt — a rescue rather than a foundation in the usual sense. Everything since has been built on that borrowed place in Serie A1.

Daniele Santarelli has coached the team since 2017, and under him Conegliano went 76 matches without defeat across two seasons from December 2019, a Guinness-recognised run. The current squad still carries some of that period's core, with Joanna Wołosz directing play as captain.

Domestic dominance has translated abroad more than once: three CEV Champions League titles and three Club World Championships. The Imoco Next Gen Center, run by Silvia Giovanardi, has started feeding players like Elena Arici and Merit Adigwe into a first team that rarely has room for them. Zoppas Arena holds 4,000, expandable to 5,500 when it hosts something other than volleyball. It was Parma Volley Girls' Serie A1 licence, bought in April 2012, that let Conegliano start where Spes Volley had left off.
