It began life as a Serbian cultural association in 1995, long before there was a basketball section to speak of; a youth team appeared only in 2014, with a senior men's side following a year later.

Sloga finished second in Basketettan Norra in 2021–22 to reach the Superettan, then lost a final to Högsbo Basket the following season. In 2024–25 they beat Wetterbygden Stars 2–0 in the Superettan final, the deciding game finishing 76–74, and went up to the Basketligan for the first time. Home games had been played at USIF Arena, which holds 600, but the step up to the top flight meant moving to the larger Fyrishov for 2025–26.

The current squad includes the point guard Milutin Vujičić and centre Marko Dujkovic, with Marko Vukovic in charge as head coach.

The debut Basketligan season brought no fairytale: an 11th-place finish in the regular table.
