OFK Belgrade and IMT Novi-Belgrad drew 1:1 in the Super Liga's eighth round on Monday evening. The hosts took the lead through an own goal before IMT fought back with a late equaliser. Both sides finished with ten men after red cards in the final ten minutes.
Ognjen Čančarević turned against his own side in the thirty-second minute to give OFK Belgrade the advantage. IMT pushed for an equaliser but could not find a way through until Tadija Cojic struck in the eighty-eighth minute. The hosts had to hold on as Charly Keita was sent off on the hour-and-ninety mark.
The statistics tell a familiar story: more pressure, fewer goals. IMT enjoyed fifty-two percent possession and registered five shots on target compared with one for OFK Belgrade.
